Refund policy for GptSkin Credits purchases — processed by Creem, our Merchant of Record.

Overview

GptSkin sells one-time Credit packages (Builder $9.9/100 Credits, Pro $19.9/500 Credits, Studio $49/1500 Credits). This policy explains when and how refunds are handled. All payment refunds are processed through Creem, our Merchant of Record, which handles the payment side of your purchase including taxes.

Refund Eligibility

  1. Unused Credits — 7-day window

    • If you have not used any Credits from a purchase, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the purchase date.

  2. Partially used Credits

    • If you have consumed part of a purchase, the portion corresponding to consumed Credits is non-refundable (except where required by applicable law). Contact us and we will assess the unused remainder case by case.

  3. Technical failures — automatic Credit return

    • If a paid image-theme build fails due to a system error on our side, the Credits for that build are automatically returned to your balance. This is a Credit return, not a payment refund, and does not go through Creem.

  4. Sign-up bonus Credits

    • Bonus Credits granted at registration are free, hold no cash value, and are not refundable.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@gptskin.best with the email address used at purchase and your order information. Our support team responds within 3 business days. Approved refunds are issued through Creem back to your original payment method.

Important Notes

  • Original transaction processing fees (charged by payment processors) are not returned as part of a refund.
  • To protect against chargebacks, Creem reserves the right to proactively issue a refund within 60 days of purchase where it deems necessary.
  • Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory refund rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
